Are you a licensed contractor?
Yes, we are a CIDB-registered contractor. We can provide you with a certificate of registration upon request.
How long have you been in the business?
We've been providing interior design, building, renovation, and property maintenance services in Malaysia for over a decade. We're celebrating our 14th anniversary this year, and we are proud of every year.
What is your service area?
We primarily work in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Seremban, but are open to travelling farther afield depending on the project.
What is the project consult process like?
When you first contact us, we'll send you a free online estimate quote based on the requests with measurement, layout plan and photos. Once you're happy with the preliminary quote, we'll arrange a site visit to define the scope of the work and take actual measurements in order to provide official quotation for acceptance.
How much do you charge per square feet?
While most contractors will provide you with a ‘guess-timated’ square footage rate and total cost, we take a more detailed approach when it comes to submitting our formal quotation. We believe that the ‘square footage-rate approach’ is unreliable as we work on architecturally designed projects with custom specifications. Fittings, fixtures and finishes can vary greatly from project to project and as such we tend not to use the square footage rate of approach.
Do you provide drawings for submission?
Yes, we offer 2D drawings for confirmation and submission to the local council, if needed before starting any renovation. Additionally, we provide 3D drawings upon request, subject to a fee.
Who will supervise my project and can I meet them?
Yes, our project manager will be responsible for overseeing your project. We look forward to meeting you in person!
